Career
I prepare management reports on revenues and costs, monthly and cash flow reports and the annual budget for senior management and external shareholders. The knowledge of finance I gained during my BIB degree is particularly helpful. However, the many presentations were also important because now I can give talks confidently in front of the whole company.

I will start a career in marketing, preferably in a young and modern company. Maybe in Germany, maybe abroad. Thanks to the BIB programme, I have so many opportunities and I know that I am well prepared for each of them.

I mainly work on projects, write reports and create horizon scans to analyse future trends. I also develop sustainability models and organise sustainability workshops. The BIB study programme has helped me to acquire a number of key competences: I am skilled at project management, can research quickly, present results in a structured way, have a good knowledge of international company law and taxation and can easily find my way around in an international environment.

Before BIB, I worked as a clinical psychologist, but wanted to change careers. Now I work in a human resources department alongside my studies, so I still take care of people, but in a different environment. I am looking forward to continuing on this path after graduation and gaining more insight into the HR department. I might even do a Master's degree.
